Job DescriptionAs a Security Officer - Mobile Patrol Driver in Stevenson, AL
, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As an unarmed Patrol Officer at a busy manufacturing and industrial location, you will conduct routine patrols and vehicle rounds, stay highly visible to help to deter security-related incidents, and support access control and visitor flows. This is a driving post requiring a valid driver's license.
You will deliver a customer-first experience through clear communication, teamwork, and integrity, bringing an agile and reliable presence to every shift with Allied Universal.

- Provide customer service to personnel and visitors by carrying out post orders, security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at an industrial location.
- Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of production areas, warehouses, yards, and perimeter fencing to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify hazards or maintenance concerns for reporting.
- Control access through gates, docks, and entry points by checking identification, logging visitors and contractors, and directing deliveries to designated areas per site policy.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including alarms, disturbances, and/or medical events, and notify appropriate contacts as needed.
- Complete accurate reports, logbook entries, and incident documentation, and communicate observations and status updates to site leadership and Allied Universal supervision.
- A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- A guard card/license is preferred.
- Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
- Access control/badge experience is preferred.
