As a Security Officer - Manufacturing Patrol Driver in Pennington, AL
, you will serve and safeguard clients in manufacturing and industrial locations. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to deter security incidents and promote a secure environment. This is a driving position with opportunities to interact with a diverse team and contribute to a culture built on integrity, reliability, and teamwork.

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security procedures, following site policies, and responding to emergencies as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents calmly and solve problems using training and Allied Universal protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the manufacturing and industrial location, including premises and perimeter, to deter unauthorized activity.
• Observe and report suspicious activities or hazards to the appropriate personnel.
• Maintain detailed and accurate logs of patrols, incidents, and activities per Allied Universal and site protocols.
• Interact professionally with employees, contractors, and visitors to provide assistance and information as needed.
• Support emergency response efforts and participate in drills or training as directed by site management and Allied Universal.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required per Allied Universal driver policy.
• Experience lifting more than 20 lbs is preferred.
• Loss prevention experience is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation as required by federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories consistent with applicable laws.
• Drug screen as permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment depending on state/local laws.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
