Bring your technical motor repair background to the front end of the business—own key accounts, solve real customer problems, and drive growth across the Southwest and West Coast. This role blends consultative sales with hands‑on expertise in industrial motor repair, making you the trusted link between customers, engineering, and production.

You’ll be the go‑to person for accurate quoting, smooth order execution, and expanding value‑added repair and manufacturing services—while building long‑term relationships that stick.

  Performance‑based plan tied to individual sales, account growth, and territory revenue. OTE $150K‑175K with no cap!

• Manage assigned customer accounts from inquiry through delivery
• Identify and close new opportunities within existing accounts and through new customer development
• Sell industrial motor components, and value‑added repair/manufacturing services
• Partner with internal teams to confirm feasibility, lead times, specs, and pricing
• Use ERP for quoting/order entry and CRM to document activity and pipeline
• Travel to customer sites (50–75%) across Phoenix, Salt Lake City, Las Vegas, Denver, and surrounding territory

• 7+ years of combined experience in technical sales and industrial motor repair
• Proven success in managing key accounts, driving territory growth, and achieving sales targets
• Strong understanding of industrial motor repair standards and practices (EASA knowledge preferred).
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred;
  High school diploma required.
• Proficiency with ERP and CRM systems, sales reporting, and data analysis.
