Associate District Manager – ADP

ADP is hiring a Sales Representative, Small Business Services in Forest Home, AL. This role targets clients and prospects with 1–49 employees, identifying and signing new accounts while expanding existing relationships.

• Work independently and collaboratively within a defined geographic territory to close sales, win business, and reach sales goals.
• Implement a sales strategy targeting decision‑makers and business owners to build a network and capture new business.
• Deepen relationships and strategically cultivate additional business within existing accounts.
• Serve as a trusted advisor, partner, and ADP ambassador while demonstrating grace under pressure and ethical standards.

• Positive self‑starter with an upbeat, persistent style; able to cold‑call without fear of rejection, manage time well, and present ideas clearly.
• Agile solution seeker – problem solver who can find answers in fast‑paced change.
• Continuous learner – always learning, growing, and questioning how things can improve.
• College degree is a plus but not required; relevant experience such as Retail, Marketing, Business Development, Food Service, Insurance Sales, or internships is welcome.

• Prior quota‑carrying experience.
• Ability to build a network and effectively use social media for sales.
