- Recording reduced products for accurate loss reports
- Cutting, trimming, tray presentation, and adhering to company standards, including cutting lists
- Managing ground beef programs and understanding handling protocols
- Implementing merchandising strategies to enhance profitability
- Filling and rotating meat cases efficiently
