Customer Service Representative

As a Customer Service Representative for Roses/Roses Express, you will play a vital role in delivering outstanding service to our valued customers. Your main responsibilities will include warmly greeting customers, guiding them in choosing merchandise, completing transactions efficiently, and addressing inquiries about the store and products.

Your key duties will involve:

• Engaging positively with customers to create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Helping to maintain a clean and well‑stocked environment for an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Assisting with unloading deliveries and organizing merchandise efficiently.
• Independently stocking shelves and ensuring the store is well arranged for customers.
• Accurately processing transactions and handling customer funds using the POS system.
• Monitoring customer activity to ensure a safe shopping environment.
• Performing various other tasks as needed to support effective store operations.

Position requirements include:

• Completion of high school or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret retail operational documents.
• Prior experience in retail, hospitality, restaurant, grocery, or pharmacy environments is preferred.
• Capability to regularly lift up to 40lbs and occasionally up to 55lbs from floor level to above shoulder height.
• Ability to meet the physical demands of frequent walking, standing, kneeling, climbing, and lifting, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including full‑time or part‑time shifts on days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong customer focus, organizational skills, communication abilities, and problem‑solving skills.

• Exposure to dust and extreme temperatures when unloading trucks.
