O'Reilly Automotive - - Responsibilities:
Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers;
Supervise showroom customer service levels and ensure execution of customer service programs;
Ensure telephone is answered according to company policy;
Ensure buy online/ship to store, hub and store to store transfers, and DC add orders processed in a timely manner;
Ensure retail customer returns and exchanges are processed efficiently and refunds issued correctly
