The Field Activity Support Team (FAST) Team Member is responsible for traveling to stores within an assigned district to own and execute "start to finish" tasks such as planograms, merchandise and fixture assembly, and signage maintenance. The FAST Team Member will interact with customers and Team Members to deliver a Legendary Customer Experience.

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts, including varied hours, days, nights, and overtime as needed.
• Communicate proactively with District FAST Supervisor about work progress and issues.
• Complete planograms, resets, store measurements, layout initiatives, and cycle counts accurately and timely.
• Hang signage, assemble merchandise and fixtures, and review planogram integrity.
• Deliver Legendary Customer Service following GURA principles:
  Greet, Uncover needs, Recommend solutions, and Add value.
• Provide exceptional shopping experiences that stand out from competitors.
• Support additional duties as assigned, including coverage during peak times.

Prior retail or merchandising experience is required. Knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is preferred. Must be 18+ with a valid driver’s license. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required; ability to read, write, and count is essential.

• Knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer skills and self-direction to complete tasks independently.

• Mostly indoor work with moderate noise; outdoor lots and store floors are hard surfaces.
• Shifts typically range from 4 to over 8 hours, with travel between stores using personal vehicle.
• Adherence to safety guidelines and promotion of a safe work environment.

• Ability to travel, lift up to 50 pounds, push/pull merchandise up to 2000 pounds with equipment, and operate store equipment.
• Ability to stand, kneel, reach overhead, and move throughout the store efficiently.
• Capability to handle and transfer merchandise safely and effectively.
