The Field Activity Support Team (FAST) Team Member is responsible for traveling to stores within an assigned district to execute tasks such as planograms, merchandise and fixture assembly, and signage maintenance. The role involves interacting with customers and team members to deliver a Legendary Customer Experience.

As a FAST Team Member, you should be available, flexible, adaptable, and service-oriented, capable of fulfilling the following requirements:

• Maintain regular attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts, including varied hours, days, nights, and overtime as needed.
• Communicate proactively with your District FAST Supervisor regarding work progress and issues.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and promptly.
• Perform store measurements and cycle counts.
• Complete the Tractor Way top cap process and hang store signage.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures, and PDQs.
• Review planogram integrity and perform detailed recovery.
• Deliver Legendary Customer Service through GURA:
  Greet, Uncover Needs, Recommend Solutions, and Add Value.
• Ensure a distinctive shopping experience for customers.
• Provide peak coverage during high-traffic periods (e.g., Day After Thanksgiving).
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Experience:

Prior retail or merchandising experience is required; knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is preferred. Must be 18+ with a valid driver’s license.

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required. Ability to read, write, and count accurately is essential.

• Knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is strongly preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Interpersonal skills and ethical issue resolution.
• Self-direction and independence in completing assignments.

• Indoor and outdoor environments with moderate noise; shifts vary from 4 to over 8 hours.
• Travel between store locations using personal vehicle; long periods may be required.
• Maintain a safe, productive work environment following safety guidelines.
• Hard surfaces such as concrete and asphalt; adequate lighting and temperature.

• Travel as needed; push/pull merchandise up to 2,000 pounds with equipment.
• Lift or reach overhead occasionally; stand, kneel, crouch, and climb ladders frequently.
• Access all store areas safely; operate store equipment.
• Read, write, and count accurately; communicate effectively.
• Handle birds/poultry; complete training; lift/move merchandise up to 50 pounds.
• Operate vehicles; stand, walk, reach overhead; move merchandise throughout the store.
• Maintain physical and mental stamina for store activities.
