Registered nurse - care - health

Location: Lineville

We are looking for a  Restorative Nurse (RN) who is passionate about helping residents regain and maintain their highest level of independence. This role focuses on supporting residents’ physical, mental, and emotional well-being through restorative nursing programs designed to maintain mobility, strength, and quality of life.  As the Restorative Nurse, you will play a key role in coordinating restorative care efforts, collaborating with therapy and nursing teams, and ensuring each resident’s care plan supports their highest practicable level of function.
What You’ll Do
# Coordinate and oversee restorative nursing programs for assigned residents
# Work closely with the  Director of Nursing, therapy teams, and nursing staff  to support restorative care goals
# Participate in  care planning and the MDS/RAI process  related to restorative services
# Evaluate residents’ functional abilities and identify opportunities to improve mobility and independence
# Initiate therapy referrals and serve as the liaison between  therapy services and nursing staff
# Monitor resident progress and adjust restorative programs as needed
# Educate residents, families, and staff on restorative care practices
# Ensure restorative care policies and procedures are followed

What We’re Looking For
# Active Registered Nurse (RN) license  in good standing
# Experience working with  elderly or disabled populations  , preferably in long-term care
# Understanding of  restorative nursing programs and care planning
# Strong leadership and communication skills
# Compassion, patience, and a genuine passion for improving residents’ quality of life
