🌙 NIGHT SHIFT | LPN – Licensed Practical Nurse
$15,000 Sign-On Bonus | 7p–7a | 12‑Hour Shifts

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Shift: Night Shift | 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
- Schedule:
Full‑Time | 12‑hour shifts - Sign‑On Bonus: $15,000

What You’ll Do- Monitor vital signs and respond to changes in condition
- Provide direct nursing care including treatments and medication administration
- Observe residents closely for overnight changes and communicate with leadership as needed
- Document care accurately in the electronic medical record system
- Prepare residents for morning transition of care
- Mentor and support CNAs/NA’s during overnight operations
- Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing
- Graduate of accredited school of practical nursing
- Basic nursing competency skills
- Experience with electronic medical records preferred
- Meets all Federal and State licensure requirements
