$15,000 Sign-On Bonus for Full-Time Hires (Paid Monthly!)
Luverne Health & Rehabilitation is hiring Full-Time Registered Nurses (RN) for our 7p–7a night shift.
If you’re looking for a strong team, consistent 3-12 hour shifts, and a leadership group that supports nursing — this is the opportunity.
What We Offer- $15,000 Sign-On Bonus for full‑time nurses
- (Paid out monthly — not delayed or lumped at the end)

- Active Alabama RN license
- Strong clinical judgment
- Long‑term care experience preferred (but not required)
