Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM

• 24 months of role experience required, with some in the last 12 months.
• At least 12 months of Medical Surgical Unit experience, with 9 months within the past 12 months.
• 3 months of experience with Meditech preferred.

• Virginia license or compact license required.
• Driver’s license required.
• 1 reference from the last 12 months (Charge/Lead reference type) required.
• Pre‑employment modules may be required; upload certifications or health documents to your profile.

• Travel only; local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility.
• May require floating to additional units and locations.
• Must be able to start within 4–5 weeks.
• Must follow ICARE HCA values; tardiness and absenteeism will not be tolerated.

No specific days guaranteed.

10 days maximum time off.

• IV Therapy Certification (Intravenous Therapy Certification)
• Basic Life Support

All time off requests must be submitted eduling requests must be worked out with the manager directly upon starting. Offers require a clear “Yes” or “No” within 24 hours or the offer must be declined.
