2nd shift Forklift Operator

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Forklift Operator to join their team. As a Forklift Operator, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting production and warehouse teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to safety, and reliability, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Forklift Operator

Location: Sterrett, AL

Pay Range: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour (based on forklift operating test)

Shift: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM, occasional Saturdays required

What's the Job?

• Safely operate forklifts to move, load, and unload materials throughout the facility
• Transport raw materials and finished products to designated locations
• Perform routine equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
• Follow all safety policies, procedures, and quality standards
• Maintain clean and organized work areas to ensure a safe environment

What's Needed?

• Prior forklift operating experience required
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed
• Strong attention to safety and detail
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to work occasional Saturdays as required
