2nd shift Machine Operator

Our client, a leader in manufacturing, is seeking a dedicated 2nd shift Machine Operator to join their team. As a 2nd shift Machine Operator, you will be an essential part of the manufacturing department supporting operational efficiency and quality assurance. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: 2nd shift Machine Operator

Location: Sterrett, AL

Pay Range: $16.00 - $17.00/hour

Shift: Monday - Thursday 3:00 PM - 1:30 AM

What's the Job?

• Operate manufacturing machinery safely and efficiently during the assigned shift
• Read and interpret tape measures and other measurement tools accurately
• Lift up to 40 pounds repeatedly to support production needs
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
• Assist in quality checks and report any issues to supervisors

What's Needed?

• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds repeatedly
• Basic reading and measurement skills, including tape measure reading
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Willingness to work the scheduled hours and follow safety procedures
• Previous manufacturing experience required
