The ideal candidate will provide Electricial support for the Hot Strip Mill to meet the business goals of Arcelor Mittal Calvert.

• High School Diploma/General Equivalency Diploma (GED)
• 3 years' electrical maintenance experience
• Ability to read and understand electrical drawings and understand electrical/electronic components/inverters
• Basics of digital technology, programmable logic controllers (PLC)
• Ability to work with electrical measurement
• Knowledge of AC motors, drives, sensors and actors
• Knowledge of switchgears
• Knowledge of network technology Microsoft
• Ability to read and understand hydraullic and mechanical drawings as well as P&'s

• Internship of Associate's Degree
• Experience in the steel industry or other industrial settting
• Knowledge of QA/QC Inspections
• Experience and knowledge of furnaces, power distribution systems, motors, variable frequency drives, automation systesm, measurement systems, instrumentation equipment,and hydraulic systems
• Experience with SAP

• Performs maintenance inspections including, but not limited to, electrical components, power distribution, instrumentation, motors, etc.
• Housekeeping;
  Responsible for cleanliness of a designated area
• Analysis, solving and reporting of electrical problems and failures
• Support development of improvement programs
• Ensure proper safety, environmental, and quality of asset area
• Support the mechanical colleagues in failure investigation
• Takeover and fulfilling of maintenance work orders on a scheduled and unscheduled basis
• Order spare parts from the spare part warehouse
• Perform and assist in Lock Out Try Out of equipment systems, systems and sub-systems
• Cooperation with other maintenance departments
• Reporting of maintenance issues and breakdowns in SAP
