Production Worker – Mazzella Companies

Join Mazzella Companies as a Production Worker and help produce complete wire rope assemblies using safe and efficient methods.

• Review and interpret fabrication tickets, special drawings, and blueprints.
• Calculate wire rope cut lengths, fitting requirements and select appropriate equipment.
• Setup, operate, adjust and maintain wire rope production machines and equipment.
• Select, write, and attach proper tags and labels to products; locate and interpret capacity tables.
• Count, record and report inventory as required.
• Perform all duties to established quality standards, reporting defective or substandard material supplies or products.
• Maintain work area, equipment and tools in a clean and organized manner, following all safety guidelines.
• Other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or GED preferred; trade school or military experience a plus.
• Experience in rigging and lifting preferred.
• Must be able to lift or pull a minimum of 50 pounds.
• Solid written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated mechanical aptitude.
• Strong analytical, conceptual and planning skills.
• Excellent math skills and overall PC literacy (Microsoft Office).
• Detail oriented, self‑motivated and disciplined with ability to multi‑task.
• Must successfully complete a criminal background check, physical, drug screen and E‑verify.
