Valley, Alabama; and its headquarters in Tyler, Texas, and serves prominent national customers such as Walmart, Costco, Sam’s Club, Sysco, and HEB.

We are seeking a dedicated and detail‑oriented Pack Out / Line Worker to join our team. The role involves inspecting, grading, and removing chicken pieces that do not meet quality standards after cooking, verifying that packaging is properly sealed, and assisting with forming boxes for finished products. Employees typically rotate between similar positions on the pack‑out line.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Good communication skills.
• Availability to work overtime as needed, including weekends.
• Prior experience in a food processing, production, or packing environment (preferred).
• Familiar with Safety and Food Safety protocols.

The pack‑out/line worker job is fast‑paced and requires flexibility and the ability to manage multiple tasks daily. Employees work in a cold environment (40°F – 45°F), with moderate noise levels, always wearing PPE while handling product or materials, and follow the company’s Safety and Food Safety policies.

Stand for 8+ hours/day, walk, use stairs, employ hands for tasks, reach with arms, and communicate verbally. Lift or move objects up to 45 lb. Repetitive physical tasks, including bending and lifting for long periods, are required. Good color vision and depth perception are essential.
