Warehouse Supervisor - 2nd Shift (2:00 pm to 10:00 pm) McCalla, Alabama Who are we:

Responsible for accurate inventory counts and levels. Reporting and providing information to the Materials Manager.

• Hourly update of the production situation at the customer.
• Review the last production on 3 sequence lines.
• Review dispatch of the 3 commodities.
• Follow transport requirement and making sure the delivery arrived at customer in timely manner to avoid run out at customer.
• Update hourly Buffer Monitor.
• Follow the escalation procedure when potential risk to the continuity of the supply between Grupo and the customer.

• Participate in monthly and quarterly physical inventory.
• Communicate with co‑workers, management, customers, vendors and others in a courteous and professional manner.
• Perform job in a safe manner.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills is required.
• Effective interpersonal skills in dealing with employees and management.

• Safety glasses are required to be worn at all times within the plant.
• Physical demands require standing, working in manufacturing plant environment, walking manufacturing plant floor multiple times daily, bending, reaching, stooping, talking, working long hours and overtime as required.
