The location in Coosa Pines, Alabama is seeking talent to fill open production operator positions. This position is an entry level position in any of our 7 departments.

Probationary pay is $23.22/hour until certified on the next job up ($24.79 - $33.98/hour).

Must be willing to work a 12 hour rotating shift schedule (both days and nights).

Knowledge And Experience

High School Diploma or GED is required

2 years manufacturing or industrial experience preferred, but not required.

Physical Requirements

Must be capable of working up to 16 hr shifts; stand/walk for long periods; pull, push or lift up to 50 lbs; climb ladders or stairs; comfortable working at heights; pull 4 pulp sheets up to 50lbs of force every 8 minutes; grip and use a utility knife with cut resistant sleeves and gloves; good eye/hand coordination and balance due to rotating/moving equipment and products.

You will be required to successfully complete a selection process that could include interviews, an employment background check, a pre-employment drug and alcohol screen, reference verifications, aptitude tests (for some positions), and a fitness-for-duty test (for some positions).
