QSR Regional DirectorThe QSR Regional Director is a field leadership role responsible for driving operational excellence, financial performance, and brand consistency across a multi‑unit restaurant portfolio. This position serves as the critical bridge between corporate strategy and in‑store execution, ensuring each location meets established standards for profitability, food safety, customer experience, and team development. The ideal candidate brings strong multi‑unit QSR experience, disciplined P&L management, and the ability to lead high‑performing teams in a fast‑paced, results‑driven environment.
WhatYou’ll Do
The QSR Regional Director will lead and oversee all restaurant operations within an assigned region, ensuring consistent execution of brand standards, operational excellence, and strong financial performance. This role is accountable for translating corporate strategy into actionable plans that drive sales growth, margin expansion, and an exceptional guest experience. It will manage sales performance, gross margin, labor efficiency, EBITDA, and controllable expenses while identifying opportunities to improve results.
The majority of time will be spent in the field—typically four to five days per week—conducting store visits, operational audits, leadership coaching, and hands‑on training, with regular engagement at corporate to maintain alignment and reporting. Acting as the primary liaison between senior leadership and restaurant teams, the QSR Regional Director will ensure clear communication, accountability, and consistent execution across the region.
- Oversee daily operations across all regional restaurant locations to ensure consistent execution of brand standards.
- Full accountability for regional P&L performance, including sales growth, margin expansion, labor optimization, and EBITDA improvement.
- Analyze P&L statements and operational reports to identify trends and implement performance improvement plans.
- Lead recruitment, training, coaching, and development of restaurant managers and teams.
- Ensure full compliance with food safety standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
- Conduct regular store visits and operational audits to maintain quality, service, and cleanliness standards.
- Oversee vendor relationships, inventory management, and cost‑control initiatives.
- Execute marketing promotions and merchandising strategies consistently across all locations.
- Support capital projects such as remodels, equipment upgrades, and new store openings.
- Prepare and present performance updates and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
- Consistently demonstrate and uphold Home Oil’s Core Values.
- 5+ years of restaurant leadership experience, including multi‑unit management.
- Prior experience as a high‑volume QSR General Manager required.
- Strong understanding of P&L management, labor control, and food cost management.
- Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop restaurant management teams.
- Current Food Safety Manager certification (e.g., Serv Safe).
- Proficiency with restaurant POS and reporting systems.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to travel extensively within the assigned region (70%+).
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Preferred:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or related fields.
