Job SummaryJoin our dynamic team as an On‑Site Association Manager! We’re looking for a licensed community association manager (LCAM) in sunny Florida to lead the charge in managing single associations, master associations, or those with multiple sub‑associations. This isn’t just a job; it’s an invitation to be at the forefront of creating thriving communities.
Responsibilities- Manage a single association, master association, or a master association with multiple sub‑associations, making a tangible difference in day‑to‑day operations.
- Work closely with board members, fostering professional relationships and contributing to long‑term planning.
- Attend and facilitate meetings, coordinate security matters, and engage in varied responsibilities.
- Supervise on‑site maintenance staff and personnel, ensuring efficient operation.
- Suggest improvements and organizational tools to enhance efficiency.
- Participate in management company training classes, meetings, and seminars to continually grow knowledge and skills.
- Enforce restrictions, regulations, and contribute to the overall well‑being of the community.
- Working knowledge of statutes for assigned Condominium or Homeowner Association type.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to articulate complex ideas.
- Proven ability to multitask and manage priorities efficiently in a dynamic environment.
- Strong initiative, problem‑solving skills, and a proactive approach to continuous improvement.
- Project‑management and leadership skills, especially supervising on‑site personnel.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and tech‑savvy in leveraging tools for administrative efficiency.
- LCAM Certification in accordance with Florida state laws.
- 2‑3 years of relevant experience in community association management.
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Ability to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
