Position: CERTIFIED STRUCTURAL WELDERS
Location: Chunchula

G.A. West & Company is seeking Certified Structural Welders for long-term opportunities in Chunchula, Alabama.

Requirements:

Must be able to understand weld symbols on drawings
Must be able to diagnose malfunctioning welding machines, flux core box, wire feeder, etc.
Must be capable of passing AWS weld test with stick, fluxcore and mig processes
Must be capable and proficient in handling and using all associated powers tools in a safe manner
Must be capable of passing NDT examination performed by radiography, UT, Mag Particle and Dye Penetrate
Must be capable of working at heights, scaffolds, confined space and in plant environments
Must be familiar with OSHA rules and regulations
Must be willing to undergo background check and drug screening
