The primary duty of this position is to ensure that the Ardmore facility, its grounds, and all office spaces are maintained to the highest standards possible. This position is required to perform various housekeeping tasks.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • 1. Responsible for emptying all offices and hangar trash cans and replace liners and dispose of trash in outside dumpster.
  • 2. Responsible to ensure that all company facilities are always maintained in a clean, organized and professional manner.
  • 3. Responsible for maintaining all restroom facilities in a clean and professional manner.
  • 4. Responsible for vacuuming all rugs, sweeping and mopping all floors located in all facilities.
  • 5. Responsible for restocking all break room supplies in all facilities.
  • 6. Responsible for dusting all offices and conference rooms and maintaining in a clean, organized and professional manner.
  • 7. Responsible to sweep and vacuum hangar tracks and doors in all facilities.
  • 8. Responsible for set up and clean-up of Friday morning breakfast meetings.
  • 9. Responsible for cleaning cobwebs and bird droppings from all areas in all hangars.
Qualifications

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

Education/

Experience:

High school diploma.

Language

Skills:

Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations.

Mathematical

Skills:

Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals.

Reasoning Ability: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.

Computer

Skills:

None required.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Current driver's license required.
