As a Part‑time Janitor, you’ll provide top‑notch janitorial services to the housing communities by:

• Ensuring that offices, residential units, common areas and interior spaces are cleaned and properly maintained according to specified guidelines.
• Demonstrating the ability to move items as necessary and adhere to safety rules and regulations.
• Performing maintenance duties as required.

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

• High School Diploma or higher education.
• Technical school or equivalent experience in maintenance, janitorial or groundskeeping.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Computer and technical skills.
• Ability to travel as necessary for training.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
• Flexibility and receptiveness to a diverse population.
• Valid driver’s license.
