• Perform daily cleaning of production areas, offices, restrooms, break rooms, and common spaces
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust surfaces to maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Collect, sort, and dispose of waste and recyclables according to facility guidelines
• Clean and sanitize high-touch surfaces, machinery exteriors, and shared equipment
• Monitor and restock cleaning supplies, paper products, and hygiene stations
• Assist in minor maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs or reporting equipment issues
• Follow all safety protocols, including the proper handling of cleaning chemicals and PPE usage
• Support compliance with OSHA, environmental, and facility safety standards
• Respond promptly to spills, leaks, or other urgent cleaning needs to prevent hazards
• Comply with all company policies and procedures including Health, Safety and Quality Assurance policies
• Report injuries, accidents, near misses or unsafe conditions to a Supervisor or Manager immediately
• Other duties as assigned

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) Preferred
• Previous custodial or janitorial experience in an industrial or manufacturing setting is a plus
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety procedures
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Commitment to workplace safety and cleanliness

• Frequent standing and walking throughout the facility for extended periods (up to 8–10 hours per shift)
• Regular bending, stooping, kneeling, and reaching to clean floors, surfaces, and low/high areas
• Lifting, carrying, and moving objects weighing up to 50 pounds, such as trash bags, cleaning supplies, or equipment
• Operating cleaning equipment such as floor buffers, vacuums, and pressure washers, which may require repetitive motion and grip strength
• Exposure to cleaning chemicals and industrial environments, requiring the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) as needed
• Working in various conditions, including areas with noise, dust, temperature fluctuations, or occasional outdoor access points

• Manufacturing environment with multi-step process production runs on different machines
• High value highly customized components, long and large parts, and high precision manufacturing for critical service applications
