• Take ownership of the sale, removal, and replacement of tires up to, but not limited to, commercial vehicles in shop and roadside service.
• Be responsible for equipment repair and maintenance of the store facility including general housekeeping duties.
• Move and lift up to 75+ pounds in close quarters and work in varying temperatures.
• Always prioritize customer safety and satisfaction by complying with company safety policies and procedures.
• Work a rotating schedule that alternates between day and night as needed.
• Obtain a medical card through the Department of Transportation (paid by Love’s).

• Ability to move, lift 75+ pounds; able to work in various temperatures.
• Ability to obtain a medical card through the Department of Transportation (CDL not required for all roles; training provided).
• No prior experience required; training provided to learn tire service and related tasks.
