Travel Occupational Therapist - Acute Care Hospital

American Traveler is seeking an Occupational Therapist for an acute care hospital with both inpatient and outpatient responsibilities, with hand therapy experience preferred.

Job Details

• Work in an acute care hospital setting with both inpatient and outpatient coverage,

• Flexible schedule with either 5 x 8 hour shifts or 4 x 10 hour shifts,

• Day shift position; must work Fridays,

• One Saturday morning required for post-operative orthopedic patient coverage,

• No on-call requirements,

Job Requirements

• Current state Occupational Therapist license required if applicable,

• Hand therapy experience preferred,

• Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team and adapt to changing needs,

• Duties include evaluating and treating a diverse patient population in both inpatient and outpatient settings,

• Environment supports flexibility and collaboration among therapy staff,

• Must provide care to post-operative orthopedic patients as needed on Saturday mornings,
