Speech Language Pathologist; SLP - Semmes, AL

A Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available at an elementary school serving Kindergarten through 5th grade students in Semmes, AL. This contract role spans the current school year, beginning March 2025 and concluding in late May 2026. The opportunity involves working full-time onsite, providing speech and language services to support student communication development in an inclusive educational environment.

• Deliver individualized and group speech therapy interventions aligned with student IEPs.
• Conduct assessments and screenings to identify communication disorders.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress.
• Maintain accurate documentation and participate in meetings related to student services.

• Valid Speech Language Pathologist license with registration from the Board of Speech Examiners.
• Experience working with elementary-aged children (K-5) preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills tailored to educational settings.
• Ability to manage caseload efficiently and maintain compliance with regulatory standards.
