• Prepare and cook a variety of meals, including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks
• Plan and execute menus in accordance with patient and resident dietary needs and preferences
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to infection control and safety standards
• Ensure accurate food temperatures and presentation
• Assist with food ordering and inventory management
• Collaborate with the Dietary Department to develop and implement special dietary programs
• Provide exceptional customer service to patients, residents, and staff

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 2 years of experience in food service or related field
• Ability to lift, bend, and move safely in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays
