Location: The Bridge of Central Massachusetts

This role offers flexibility that lets you work around your personal, work, or school schedule. You will gain valuable experience and have a meaningful impact while supporting adults with mental health challenges and developmental disabilities.

Relief Counselors play a significant role in enhancing the well‑being of those we serve by providing direct support care and ensuring that daily living needs are met in a safe and inspiring environment.

• Assist in developing individualized, person‑centered treatment plans and play a lead role in the daily implementation of those plans.
• Assist individuals to access and/or provide transportation.
• Implement activities that create opportunities for the development of valued roles and personal relationships in the community.
• Review and complete all required documentation.

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent (required).
• Valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record.
• Reliability, willingness to learn, and openness to new opportunities.

• Excellent supervision (individual and group), professional development, and training opportunities.

Base Rate: USD $17.50 per hour.
