We’re looking for a compassionate and flexible staff member to join our Relief Team. This role offers the opportunity to support adults with developmental and intellectual challenges in a safe, nurturing residential setting. You will help meet daily living needs, implement individualized treatment plans, and create a welcoming community atmosphere.

• Assist in developing individualized, person-centered treatment plans and play a lead role in the daily implementation plans.
• Assist individuals to access and/or provide transportation.
• Implement activities that create opportunities for the development of valued roles and personal relationships in the community.
• Review and complete all required documentation.

The organization offers an additional hourly differential for qualified candidates based on skill level, location, training, and population served.

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent, required.
• Valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record.
• Reliability, willingness to learn, and openness to new opportunities.
