Open Sky Community Services provides safe, nurturing homes for adults with developmental and intellectual challenges referred by the Department of Developmental Services. Every individual is encouraged to play an active role in community life.

• Assist in developing individualized, person-centered treatment plans and lead daily implementation.
• Provide transportation assistance to individuals.
• Implement activities that foster valued roles and personal relationships in the community.
• Review and complete all required documentation.

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.
• Valid Driver’s License with acceptable driving record.
• Reliability, willingness to learn, and openness to new opportunities.

• Excellent supervision and professional development opportunities.
• Generous PTO plan – 29 days in year one, increases to 32 days in year two, maximum 43 days.
