Responsibilities
- Responsible for month end closing (AR, AP & GL & Inventory), assist in the preparation of management reports on a monthly basis.
- Responsible for product costing for inventory valuation and monthly closing of inventories.
- Ensure timely and accurate posting on accounts payable invoices, processing vendor payments, utilities and miscellaneous payments on a timely manner.
- Coaching and provide guidance to subordinates and ability to lead the team.
- Other ad-hoc finance & accounts related duties assigned by the superior/management.
- Strong knowledge on accounting treatments, general ledger, journal processing and forex.
