CAD Specialist

We are in search of a skilled Mechanical or Structural CAD Technician to join our team. The CAD Technician will play a crucial role in creating precise technical drawings using computer-aided design (CAD) software, specializing in mechanical and structural drafting for a range of projects. The ideal candidate will possess proficiency in AutoCAD, Inventor, or Tekla, along with other relevant software to deliver accurate and detailed drawings.

• Utilize CAD software to generate 2D and 3D mechanical and structural drawings for engineering designs and architectural schematics
• Collaborate closely with engineers and structural designers to grasp project requirements and specifications
• Develop detailed drafts and documentation essential for construction projects
• Perform thorough quality control checks on drawings to ensure precision and adherence to standards
• Aid in refining and adjusting designs based on feedback from project stakeholders
• Maintain well-organized records of all drawings and revisions

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Inventor, or Tekla, along with other relevant CAD software
• Experience in mechanical drafting, structural design, or related fields
• Exceptional attention to detail and precision in drafting technical drawings
• Ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment
• Strong communication skills to effectively convey technical information
• 5-8 year of experience in mechanical or structural detailing
