Responsibilities

Manage the Preventive Maintenance System (INFOR), ensuring that work orders generated from the MP in molding and building are performed correctly and closed, guaranteeing 100% compliance in MP

Coordinate weekly activities to eliminate faults of the top three dead‑time machines, verifying that the actions are effective

Ensure that critical spare parts for molding and building, as well as wear parts, are registered in the system, with minimum and maximum levels maintained in the warehouse

Attend production

Banner meetings to provide action plans for the most common faults and major downtime

Attend Engineering Change meetings

Coordinate activities for annual maintenance alia electric sub‑station, compressors and chillers

Coordinate vacations, overtime and permits for maintenance technicians and supervisors

Create downtime graphs and MP compliance reports for the molding, FIP and building areas to present to department management

Implement improvement ideas that save energy and benefit the plant

Experience Requirements

2‑5 minimum years of industrial maintenance experience
3‑5 minimum years within the automotive industry
Must be willing to travel and work at customer sites, including industrial manufacturing plants that may require climbing, lifting or confined‑space work

Technical Skills

Knowledge of timer & counter theory, electronics theory, encoders/decoders theory, Ohm’s law, hydraulics theory & functionality
Forklift experience (certification required)
Overhead crane experience (certification required)
TS 16949 awareness
ISO 14001 orientation / awareness training
Internal customer‑service oriented
Passion for excellence
Attention to detail
Team oriented
Excellent math skills

Education

Bachelor's Level Degree

Area of study:
Engineering, Technical Engineering Degree or similar.

* Equivalent work experience may also be considered for certain positions.

Ability to work with andofence documented manufacturing standards
