We’re looking for a Systems Integration & Test Engineer III to bring mission‑critical systems to life. You’ll lead the assembly, integration, and testing of advanced defense systems, shaping solutions that protect millions and define the future of missile defense. • Lead assembly, integration, and test (AIT) activities to deliver systems ready for action.
• Develop, refine, and maintain test plans, procedures, and documentation with precision and clarity.
• Coordinate day‑to‑day test operations across engineering, manufacturing, quality, and external partners

• Drive troubleshooting and root‑cause analysis during integration cycles.
• Earn certification and operate as a Certified Test Conductor/Test Engineer (training provided).
• Uphold Lockheed Martin’s gold standard for safety, quality, and continuous improvement

• Prior certification as Certified Test Conductor or Principal Engineer
• Experience with Missile Defense Agency (MDA) programs
• Familiarity with missile systems testing in production/operations
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical/electrical drawings, schematics, and specifications
• Background in manufacturing or test engineering
• Experience on multi‑functional, multi‑disciplinary teams
• Proficiency with LM Space Systems tools (SAP, EPDM, VECAMS, PMP Database, Automation Framework) or equivalents
• Hands‑on experience with lab equipment (oscilloscopes, multimeters, signal analyzers, power supplies)
• Strong communication skills to build trusted relationships with customers, leadership, and teammates

Onsite Full‑time:
The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.

Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five‑day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
