This position is for Monday‑Thursday 4×10 second shift schedule.
Role OverviewAs an Inspector, you will support Missile Assembly & Integration production in Courtland, Alabama.
Responsibilities- Inspecting products/materials to validate the workmanship, dimensions and ensure documentation conforms to the product requirements.
- Performing acceptance or rejections and generating non‑conforming documentation (Q‑Notes) for hardware that does not meet product specifications or requirements.
- Performing inspection and handling of hazardous materials/chemicals.
- Performing inspection and handling of ordinance material.

- Demonstrated ability to comprehend and interpret drawings, work instructions, schematics, and specifications/standards.
- Basic computer/Microsoft Office skills.

- Experience working successfully in a team environment.
- Able to work Monday‑Thursday 4×10 second shift schedule.
- Knowledge of SAP software/database or other ERP software/database systems.
- Highly proficient in SAP or other ERP software/database.
- VECAMS/AF experience.
- Proficient using calibrated inspection equipment to validate dimensions or features.
- Experience working in various assembly areas and/or previous inspection/QA experience.
- Experience working in an aerospace/defense or related manufacturing environment.
- Missile Assembly and Integration experience.
- Program start‑up/development experience.
- ASQ certified inspector.
- GD&T experience.
This position requires a government security clearance; you must be a U.S. citizen for consideration. Clearance level:
Secret.
