We are seeking passionate, dedicated Full-Time and Part-Time Teachers to join our team! We have multiple positions available, including Lead Teacher, Assistant Teacher, Floaters, and Closers. Our center operates Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM–6:30 PM.

• As a Teacher at The Learning Experience, you will:
  Create a welcoming, engaging classroom where children feel safe to learn and grow
• Foster a love of learning through a positive, growth-oriented mindset
• Implement our proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum® with Infants, Toddlers, or Preschool children
• Provide a nurturing, safe, and developmentally appropriate environment
• Communicate regularly with parents through mobile apps and in-person conversations
• Support center success by partnering with staff and leadership on enrollment and engagement goals
• Build strong relationships with families and coworkers to create a collaborative, dynamic environment

• A genuine passion for the education and care of children
• Teaching experience: 1 year of professional experience (preferred)
• 6 months required for Full-Time positions
• Education:
  
  Associate degree or higher in ECE or a related field (preferred)
• High School Diploma or GED required (18+ years old)
• Must meet all applicable state licensing requirements
