Student Minister

Hayneville Baptist Church in Hayneville, Alabama, is seeking a Student Minister to lead and shepherd our vibrant 7th–12th grade ministry as we pursue our mission to Love God, Love People.

The Student Minister will serve as a vital member of the family ministry team. While serving under the Senior Pastor, he will provide visionary leadership to all areas of student ministry—faithfully teaching biblical doctrine, guiding Wednesday night worship and Bible Studies, planning and executing key events, partnering with Life Group leaders, and cultivating meaningful discipleship relationships with students and their families.

This role also involves equipping and supporting volunteers, maintaining a presence in local schools, and championing student ministry within the broader life of the church, as well as engaging in missions with the youth and church. Hayneville Baptist is a growing, gospel-centered congregation with an average Sunday morning attendance of 200, offering active ministries throughout the week. We are seeking a mission-minded and passionate married young man whose wife loves ministry and serving as well.
