Position Summary: The University Student Assistant of Alumni Relations duties are to assist the alumni relations staff with alumni-related activities and management, assist with preparation for events, meetings, homecoming activities, and perform administrative and other support duties as required.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assist the Alumni Relations faculty/staff with alumni‑related activities and management.
• Assist with preparation for events, meetings, and homecoming activities.
• Perform operational and administrative tasks.
• Provide additional support duties as required by the department.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Enrolled as a Jacksonville State student taking at least three (3) credit hours per fall or spring semester.
• Non‑first‑time students must have a GPA of 2.00 or higher.
• Provide evidence of enrollment and GPA (unofficial transcript or My Jax State  enrollment/GPA printout).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Basic knowledge of Canva or similar applications.
• Basic graphic design skills.
