• Master's degree from an accredited educational institution.
• Minimum of four (4) years progressively responsible administrative and supervisory educational experience.
• Certification in Educational Leadership and Supervision.
• Valid Alabama teaching certificate.
• Knowledge of Alabama school laws, regulations and local School Board policies and procedures. Knowledge of federal guidelines as they relate to compensatory programs.
• Ability to evaluate programs with regard to serving diverse student groups.
• Ability to relate to a diverse group of people.
• A valid background review conducted by the ABI and FBI pursuant to the Alabama Child Protection Act of 1999 and ACT No. , be fingerprinted and pay a $48.15 fee. This is required by law meeting the suitability criteria for employment.
