* What You Will Do:

*** Produce proposal pricing and cost volume in response to customer proposal requests.
* Lead and develop compliant, complete, and awardable pricing files and Cost/Price proposal narratives in a fast-paced, highly visible environment.
* Develop pricing/cost volumes in accordance with proposal instructions and company policies.
* Collaborate with proposal team members including contracts, subcontracts, procurement, capture management, finance, and technical estimators.
* Ensure completion of compliant basis of estimates with proposal teams.
* Produce timely pricing and cost volume narratives to meet proposal gate review schedules.

* What You Will Need:

*** Bachelor's degree with 7 years of relevant experience, or 11 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
* Ability to obtain a National Security Clearance or a U.S. Federal Government Public Trust.
* Strategic thinker, self-starter, and results-oriented with excellent business acumen.
* Proven ability to lead multiple projects efficiently and independently.
* Ability to work in a rapidly changing, matrixed environment.
* Excellent interpersonal, analytical, oral, and written communication skills.
* Proven decision-making and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to gain consensus among senior leaders from recommendations for proposal strategies and tactics.
* Ability to promote cooperation and commitment within a diverse team to achieve goals.
* Exposure to a broad range of Government customer proposal requirements and company product and service offerings.
* Deep understanding of different contract types, including FFP, FPAF, FPIF, CPFF, CPAF, CPIF, and T&M.
** What Would Be Nice To Have:
*** Pricing experience within the technology sector.
* Degree concentration in finance, business, or marketing.
* Minimum of 10+ years in pricing, sales, finance, or a combination of functions with significant experience in technology.

The annual salary range for this position is $98,000.00-$. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
