Commercial / Sales Analyst

REPORTS TO: Assistant Manager

POSITION SUMMARY: This position supports the Assistant Manager and Manager, analyzes sales data for the commercial department, and communicates with customers.

• Assist with volume and revenue forecasting and month accrual, revenue, and volume reporting.
• Provide recommendations to Management related to market and customer strategies.
• Perform sales price verification with customers.
• Maintain SAP system data timely and accurately as required.
• Communicate with customers to assist resolve concerns.
• Provide information on customer requests and reporting.
• Responsible for Sales Retro Billing/Invoices.
• Assist with parts shipments as needed by working with other departments.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Bachelor’s degree in related field such as Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics preferred.
• Prior working experience in Auto manufacturing industry strongly preferred.
• Korean-English bilingual candidate required due to communication with Korean customers and suppliers.
• Understanding of industry and customers (Hyundai, Kia) strongly preferred.
• 2-4 years of experience in a similar role required.
• Strong grasp of Microsoft Office applications, with an emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent organizational skills & attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and perform in a deadline driven environment.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY: N/A

WORK ENVIRONMENT: Primarily office work environment.

TRAVEL: Occasional travel to customer sites by car.
