- Assist customers by explaining recommended services and repairs clearly and professionally
- Understand customer needs and match them with appropriate service options
- Communicate service progress and keep customers informed throughout the repair process
- Stay current on new products, features, and accessories by attending required training
- Maintain a customer follow‑up system that encourages repeat and referral business
- Hire, train, and supervise service department personnel while monitoring performance
- Establish departmental goals, including annual operating budgets and marketing plans
- Promote customer satisfaction and maintain a high Customer Service Index (CSI)
- Address and resolve customer concerns promptly and effectively
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Service Manager
- Strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
- High school diploma or higher education required
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Motivated, team‑oriented professional with a drive for continuous improvement
