Legacy Community Federal Credit Union is looking for the right candidate to join our Collections team as a full time Collection Support Associate
.

For our Collection Support Associate position, we are looking for someone to support our Collection Department with administrative tasks.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities- Supports Courtesy Pay Administrator by contacting members by phone and mail regarding overdrawn accounts.
- Review reports to ensure appropriate account locking.
- Makes and receives calls to members regarding delinquent checking accounts and loans, taking action to bring current.
- Assists in documentation on collection activities, including insurance and total loss files.
Experience:
One to three years of similar or related experience.
Education:
High school education or GED.
