experienced Tax Professional at H&R Block serves diverse tax needs with expert team support and advanced training. Build strong client relationships and grow business every year.

• Conduct face‑to‑face and virtual tax interviews via video, phone, chat, and email.
• Prepare complete and accurate tax returns for individuals, trusts, and partnerships.
• Generate business growth, increase client retention, and offer additional products and services.
• Provide clients with IRS support, including tax notice services and audit representation.
• Mentor and support teammates in a fast‑paced environment.

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field.
• CPA or Enrolled Agent certification.
• Experience completing complex returns (individual, trust, partnership).
• 5+ years of experience in accounting, finance, bookkeeping, or tax.
• Experience conducting virtual tax interviews and using virtual tools.
• Experience with tax planning and audit support.
• Sales and/or marketing experience.

• Successful completion of the H&R Block Tax Knowledge Assessment.
• Must complete continuing education requirement and meet all IRS and applicable state requirements.

• Experience working in a fast‑paced environment.
• Comfort working with virtual tools—video, phone, and chat.
• Ability to effectively communicate in person, via phone, and in writing.

• High school diploma / equivalent or higher.
