Job Title:
Housekeeping Manager for Indian candidates in Umm-Said, Qatar. We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Housekeeping Manager to oversee the daily operations of our housekeeping department in Umm-Said, Qatar. As a Housekeeping Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of housekeepers and ensuring that all areas of our facility are clean, sanitary, and well-maintained. The ideal candidate will have previous supervisory experience in the hospitality industry and possess excellent communication skills.
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules for all areas of the facility
- Train and supervise housekeeping staff to ensure high-quality standards
- Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards are met
- Respond promptly to guest requests or concerns regarding housekeeping services
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate cleaning schedules for events or special occasions
- Maintain records of housekeeping expenses and submit budget reports to management
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Housekeeping Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, products, and equipment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of Hindi or other Indian languages is a plus
- Must be willing to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays if needed
