Position Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled LEED Accredited Professional (AP) and/or GSAS Certified Green Professional (CGP) to join our dynamic team in Doha, Qatar. This role is ideal for an individual with up to 5 years of experience in the green building industry who is passionate about sustainability and eager to learn more and make a significant impact in the field.

The successful candidate will work on a variety of projects providing expertise in LEED and GSAS certification processes, sustainable design, and building performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Join the coordination and management team of LEED and GSAS certification processes for various projects.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure sustainability goals are integrated into project design and construction from inception through completion.
• Conduct sustainability compliance assurance, including energy efficiency site analysis, life‑cycle assessment, and water efficiency calculations.
• Prepare and submit necessary documentation for LEED and GSAS assigned criteria.
• Stay abreast of the latest developments in green building standards and sustainability practices.
• Provide guidance and training to team members and stakeholders on sustainability and green building principles.
• Participate in client meetings and presentations to communicate sustainability strategies and benefits.

Requirements

• University degree in a relevant field (Architectural, MEP, Civil, Environmental Engineering).
• LEED AP accreditation or GSAS CGP accreditation.
• Up to 5 years of experience in implementing green building certification.
• Excellent professional communication skills in English (Arabic preferred).
• Transferable residency permit (NOC).
• Program management, data collection, environmental services, root cause analysis, OSHA, project management, team management, EHS, and manufacturing experience are desirable.
