Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the pharmaceutical sector.
  • Develop and implement effective business development strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Conduct comprehensive market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential partners.
  • Negotiate and structure strategic partnerships, licensing agreements, and collaborations.
  • Manage and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry leaders.
  • Lead cross‑functional teams to ensure successful execution of business development initiatives.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Monitor and report on business development activities, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscape.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.
Additional Responsibilities & Requirements (Pharmaceutical & B2B Marketing)
  • Search for and select appropriate brands/manufacturers suitable for the local market and offer strong business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with international brands/manufacturers and secure exclusive distribution rights for the company in the local market.
  • Evaluate product portfolios, pricing structures, and brand positioning to ensure alignment with local market needs and competitive advantage.
  • Prepare detailed business proposals and reports to support decision-making and present potential opportunities to the management team.
  • Leverage B2B marketing strategy, including lead generation, account‑based marketing, and targeted content creation.
  • Apply premium/luxury branding, brand storytelling, and high‑end positioning strategy.
  • Utilize digital marketing tools such as Google Ads, SEO, email marketing platforms, Instagram, and Snapchat.
  • Organize and execute high‑end events, trade shows, exhibitions, and client‑facing activations.
